These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of ProgressTrax (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current.
2. Health Information — Not Medical Advice
ProgressTrax is a fitness tracking and progress tool. Insights, scores, AI-generated meal/workout estimates, and recovery metrics are informational only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting or changing any fitness, nutrition, or supplement regimen.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
ProgressTrax offers paid plans. A subscription begins with a free trial where offered, then renews automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your profile; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds, where applicable, are handled per store or payment-provider policy.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, upload content you do not have rights to, attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the platform, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter.
5. Trainer-to-Client Data Sharing
Data shared with a trainer is shared only at your initiation. You may revoke access at any time. We are not liable for how a trainer uses data you have authorized them to see.
6. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third parties such as Oura® Ring (device data, via OAuth) and OpenAI (AI photo/text analysis), each governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties.
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes & Termination
We may update or discontinue features at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.
